1st Level IT-Supporter (m/f/d)

Orifarm is a fast growing supplier of parallel imported pharmaceuticals. For our location in Leverkusen we are searching for a 1st Level IT-Supporter (m/f/d) with the following profile:
Primary responsibilities:

• Provide general IT support to internal users based on logged incidents and requests in the Company Helpdesk System (in both German and English language).
• Participation in IT related projects
• Contribution to the development of IT services and processes
• Creation and maintenance of end user and IT staff knowledge base articles
• Training for end users

Your profile:

• Education in an IT-relevant field or similar
• Experience in a similar position as an IT supporter, incl. hardware installation and configuration
• Business level of German and English
• Demonstrative ability to troubleshoot Windows based operating systems / programs and network infrastructure
• Analytical and logical thinking with the ability to quickly adapt to new technology
• Service minded personality, collaborative and team-oriented spirit
• Technical background – active knowledge of:
• Active Directory
• Windows based operating systems and Office 365
• TCP/IP, DNS and MS printing services
• Knowledge of the following systems is an advantage:
• Microsoft SharePoint
• Heidler Shipping System
• Certification in ITIL is a plus
