SCRUM Master / Agile Coach (m/f) – in Munich, Germany

In this role, you aim to raise awareness concerning SCRUM at the company level. This includes communicating agile values and principles to the cross-functional SCRUM teams and our managers. Your area of responsibility includes carrying out the SCRUM events that take place within the two-week sprints. You work closely with our Product Owners to refine the backlog. In addition, you identify impediments for the team’s work and try to solve them. Further tasks include giving workshops concerning the SCRUM framework and common tools such as JIRA and Confluence. You will also work together with various stakeholders on improving/evaluating existing SCRUM processes. Through your strong communications skills you will successfully help to make SCRUM part of the EQS culture!

What we are looking for („must have”)
• Several years of professional experience as a SCRUM Master or Agile Coach, ideally with international SCRUM teams
• Strong knowledge of tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Excellent communication skills
• Very good English language skills

What we are looking for („nice to have”)
• Background in software development through studies or work experience is advantageous
• SCRUM certification or similar, e.g., Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master
